Golden Hour Tans ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website goldenhoursprays.com and provides spray tanning services at our studio at 3865 Wilson Blvd, Suite 22, Arlington, VA 22203, and at client locations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you book an appointment, buy a membership or package, join our loyalty program, sign up for texts or emails, or contact us, we collect information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, appointment details, service preferences and notes (for example skin tone, allergies or sensitivities you tell us about), and billing address. Payments are processed by Wix Payments and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.
When you use our website, Wix (our website and booking platform) automatically collects standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookies used to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic.
How we use information

Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we will send appointment reminders and occasional promotional messages to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with vendors that help us send messages, and only for that purpose.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run parts of our business on our behalf: Wix (website hosting, bookings, contacts, email marketing and payments), our text-messaging provider, and Google (business listing, analytics, reviews). These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, staff or business.

We use Wix's hosting and security controls and limit access to client information to people who need it to serve you. We keep appointment and purchase records as long as needed to run the business and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent, and minors may only receive services with parental consent.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
