Cancellation Policy

At Golden Hour Tans, we are committed to delivering an exceptional spray tanning experience with a focus on quality service and efficiency. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth process: 1. Appointment Arrival Arrival: Arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time to allow enough time for your appointment. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations/No Shows: A $25 fee for late cancellations and full service price for no-shows. Cancellations within an hour of appointment are considered no-shows. Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. 3. Group Cancellations and Rescheduling 72-Hour Notice: Group bookings require 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations/No Shows: 50% of the scheduled service price for late cancellations and 100% for no-shows. 4. Client Preparation For the best results, follow these prep guidelines: Exfoliate: Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment. Shave: Shave at least 12 hours before. Avoid Moisturizers: Do not apply moisturizers, deodorants, or makeup before your tan. Wear Loose, Dark Clothing: To avoid rubbing or staining the tan. 5. Aftercare Wait to Shower: Wait 8–12 hours before showering for optimal results. Moisturize: Keep skin hydrated to extend your tan. Avoid Scrubbing: Avoid harsh exfoliants or tanning beds. Staining: The tanning solution may stain clothing or sheets. 6. Health and Safety Inform Us of Skin Conditions: Let us know about allergies, sensitivities, or skin issues. We use high quality products. We are not responsible for reactions due to the products or service. Pregnancy: Spray tanning is generally safe during pregnancy, but consult with your doctor. Minors: Minors need parental consent for spray tanning. 7. Refunds and Touch-Ups No Refunds: No refunds are offered after services are completed. If dissatisfied, contact us within 24 hours. Touch-Ups: Touch-ups are available within 3 days at a discounted rate. 8. Disclaimers Results Vary: Results depend on skin type, care routine, and adherence to aftercare. Minor Overspray: Some overspray or discoloration may occur, especially in sensitive areas. We are not responsible for issues arising from client negligence. 9. Payment Policy Payment Link Policy: If you do not pay the provided payment link within 24 hours, we have the right to charge the card on file for the service.
